Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow the return procedure after receiving the product by contacting us at shopvallove@gmail.com
Are the items in Australian sizes?
Our sizes are in Australian sizes, so please check the size chart for reference. If you're unsure or between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. The best way to choose the correct size is by following the measurement instructions in the size chart.
I recieved an item that's the wrong size or damaged. What do I do?
If you received an item that’s the wrong size or damaged, please reach out to us at shopvallove@gmail.com Include your order number and a picture of the damaged or incorrect product, and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange or return.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service at shopvallove@gmail.com with your complaint within the first 30 days of delivery, and we'll help you process it. After 30 days, we require pictures showing the packaging, name and address, and the visible defect of the product
When will I recieve my tracking information?
As soon as your order is prepared and processed by the delivery service, we will send you your tracking information. Be aware that it can take up to three days before any progress is visible.
